Stereo Spectrum

Stereo Spectrum was a record label launched by Pickwick International in the early 1960s to capitalize on the growing popularity of stereo recordings. Unlike its mono-focused predecessors like Bravo! and Design, Stereo Spectrum specifically released albums in stereo format. This new label allowed Pickwick to market a higher-fidelity product to consumers, while still maintaining its core business model of offering budget-priced albums. Much like other Pickwick labels, its catalog included a mix of classical, jazz, and pop music, often featuring sound-alike recordings. The label was eventually phased out in the mid-1960s.
